Kilob, the “white supremacist” of northern Rome, ends up under house arrest. But accusations rain down from the Internet: "He wanted to sell me weapons"
Gianmarco Fiacchi was arrested last Thursday. In his room a real laboratory to build pistols, rifles and ammunition with the 3D printer
A dangerous white supremacist ready to strike? Or a bored aspiring hacker victim of the internet? Days later, there are still many mysteries surrounding **Gianmarco Fiacchi** , the twenty-year-old who was arrested last Thursday [by the Digos of Rome](https://roma.repubblica.it/cronaca/2024/05/31/news/pistola_stampante_3d_neonazista_arrestato_roma_nord-423140425/) . In his bedroom in the house in the Olympic Village where the boy, son of a Foreign Ministry official, lives, the agents found a real war laboratory of weapons and ammunition made with his 3D printer. Daggers, a shotgun, a pistol and all the material to make bullets.
It is still unclear why Fiacchi produced them. But since Saturday, Kilob , this is his name on the dark web, has returned home. The investigating judge, in fact, has ordered house arrest for the 20-year-old. For his lawyer Francesca Civitate, this is proof that the accusations against the boy were disproportionate and still to be proven: "We are talking about a 100 euro 3D printer". Yet many doubts remain about the online activity of the boy, a very skilled hacker capable of navigating the darkest recesses of the web. The same web of which, according to his family, the young man is a victim.
One thing is certain: the news of Kilob's arrest has thrown the hacker community around the world into turmoil. In particular, the one that gravitates around Breach, one of the most read forums by cyber criminals, where for three days the most followed thread is the one on "things to do in case of arrest". There are several discussions on Fiacchi's arrest. And among the users there are also those who claim to have negotiated with the young Roman for the purchase of the weapons he produced. "In August of last year - writes Komi - he video called me on Telegram to verify that I was not from the FBI. He continued to beg me to buy him weapons".
The alleged sale of clandestine weapons - it should be clarified - is not one of the charges brought against the young man who, according to investigators, on several occasions had however spread videos of racially and anti-Semitic beatings on Telegram. This is precisely why the anti-terrorism alert was triggered on Fiacchi. The fear of the 007s was that the young man could take action. Also because among the idols of the 20-year-old from northern Rome was Brenton Tarrant, the perpetrator of the massacre in Christchurch, New Zealand, where in 2019 around 50 people were killed in an Islamic center during Friday prayers.
On Breach, however, there are also those who defend him from this alleged political affiliation: "They said Kilob was arrested because he is a white supremacist - writes Dacoke - which is complete bullshit. I am one of the few African members, I let everyone know that I am black and most people on this forum did not want to be associated with me except Kilob. He did not care that I was black and was a good friend to me".
From Romania, his mother's country of origin, Fiacchi had returned to Italy for his birthday. And last May 7, Kilob had shown on his Telegram page the request for archiving by the Rome prosecutor's office, which in 2022 had opened an investigation into the distribution of child pornography. In the shot, where you can see women's legs and numerous hundred-euro bills, there is also one of the self-produced daggers. For that and the other clandestine weapons manufactured, Kilob had been arrested.
